No, we don’t. For an open tech position, we help with the problem of narrowing down from the large number of profiles received from your recruiter. Interviewing candidates consumes a lot of time of senior members from the tech team. We help you identify the top few candidates based on their tech skills required for the position. Once the top candidates are identified, the tech team needs to spend their time interviewing only them. They can also pitch the position to them, figure out the culture fit, etc. This results in bringing down the time spent by tech team members on interviewing by 10-20x (depending upon how quickly you find the suitable candidate).

We are able to demonstrate maximum value addition for junior to mid level software development roles. This is because the number of candidates to be interviewed before an offer is made, is typically the highest for these roles.

No, we can do multiple rounds as well. In fact, in many cases, that’s the more effective approach as well. For example, first round on programming and data structures; second round on the tech stack required for the open position.

Of course. To begin with, we understand from you the skill and experience requirements for an open position. Based on these, in consultation with you, we set up the interview (rounds, topics in each round, difficulty level, kind of questions, etc.). Once this is done, we are ready to start receiving candidate profiles from you. Depending on your sourcing pattern, you can share the profiles with us in a single bunch, or as they come. In either case, we try to schedule interviews for all profiles received within a couple of days. Given our large pool of interviewers and their availability after hours and over weekends, we are able to schedule and conduct the interviews much faster. As the interviews keep getting done, we share the detailed structured assessment reports for each candidate with you. Using these reports, you will be able to filter out most of the candidates and spend your time interviewing only the top few to make an offer.
